Registered Sex Offender arrested. Again!

On October 30th, 2012 at approximately 3PM Transit Police detectives were conducting a follow up investigation regarding a male who is Level 3 Sex Offender but has failed to register as such. Daniel Williams, 54 of Boston, MA. was located by detectives loitering in a MBTA bus shelter across the street from Hynes Station. Transit Police detectives placed Williams into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant issued from Boston Municipal Court for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Williams was transported to Transit Police HQ for processing. Willams will appear in BMC sometime today.

On October 30th, 2012 at approximately 5:50 PM  Transit Police officers assigned to Area 4 were on patrol at Forest Hills MBTA station when they had occasion to observe a female, later identified as Kimberly Marchione, 29 of Stoughton,MA., smoking from a cigarette in a clearly posted "No Smoking" area. Officers were further informed by a concerned friend of Marchione that she (Marchione) missed her scheduled court appearance earlier in the day. Officers  approached Marchione and engaged her in conversation, it was subsequently discovered there was two outstanding default warrants in existence for her arrest. The warrants were issued from West Roxbury District Court for Trespassing and Possession of a Class A Substance. Marchione was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for processing. Marchione will appear in West Roxbury District Court sometime today.
