Boston mann arrested for Lewd act at MBTA Stony Brook Station.


On October 28, 2020 at approximately 10AM Transit Police officers assigned to the South District received a radio call to respond to the MBTA's Stony Brook Station for a report of a male committing a lewd act. Upon arrival officers were met by several witnesses who informed the officers while traveling on a southbound train a male, later identified as Shavor Pickering, 30, of Boston was standing in the aisle directly across from at least two seated females and while fully exposed was masturbating. The witnesses pointed out Pickering who was still onboard the train.

Officers approached Pickering who spontaneously uttered incriminating statements and derogatory comments towards the female witnesses. Pickering was placed into custody and transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process.

Medford man arrested for Lewd & Lascivious Conduct

On September 24, 2020 Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District took a report from a female who relayed the following information: While entering Park Street MBTA station at approximately 1PM the victim noticed a male staring at her and he then proceeded to follow her onto the trolley. The male took a seat directly across form the victim, exposed his genitals and committed a lewd act. Subsequent to an investigation conducted by Transit Police Detectives Daniel Schofield, 57, of Medford was placed into custody on October 9, 2020. Schofiled will face Lewd and Lascivious Conduct charge in Boston Municipal Court-Central Division.

The victim also alleged the subject spit on her after he "piggybacked" in behind her at the fare gate.
