Benjamin Rucker, John Morgan and Shaquille Guyette-Foster are wanted for Armed Robbery (Knife), Assault & Battery Dangerous Weapon (Knife), Assault & Battery with Serious Bodily Injury and Intimidation of a Witness.

 

Incident occurred on Monday, November 13, 2017, at approximately 11:30 PM, onboard an Orange Line train in the area of Sullivan Square MBTA Station. Subjects are known to frequent Cambridge MA.

Trespasser struck by Amtrak train in Ashland.


On November 8, 2017 at approximately 1:50PM Transit Police officers assigned to the North District received a radio call to respond to Ashland for a person possibly struck by an Amtrak train. Several TPD units along with Ashland Fire and EMS responded. Transit Police personnel on scene report the following preliminary information: a male, while trespassing on the right of way in the vicinity of Front Street, was struck by an outbound Amtrak train on Track 1. The male, approx age of 62, has been pronounced deceased as a result of injuries sustained.





Transit Police detectives along with the Middlesex DA's Office are on scene and investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident. Foul play is NOT suspected.

TPD confirm fatality in Chelsea.

On November 7, 2017 at approximately 9PM Transit Police officers assigned to the North District received a radio call to respond to Chelsea at Everett Ave crossing for a person possibly struck by a train. Several TPD units along with Chelsea Fire and EMS responded. Transit Police personnel on scene report the following preliminary information: a male, in the vicinity of the Everett Avenue grade crossing, disregarded the warning devices which were fully functional and activated and entered onto  the right of way. As a result the male was struck by an outbound Rockport Line commuter rail train . The male, approx age of 27, has been pronounced deceased as a result of injuries sustained.

Transit Police detectives are on scene and investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident. Foul play is NOT suspected.

TPD confirm fatality in Norfolk. Trespasser struck.


On November 3, 2017 at approximately 10:25AM Transit Police officers assigned to the South District received a radio call to respond to Norfolk Commuter Rail for a person possibly struck by an MBTA Commuter Rail train. Several TPD units responded along with Norfolk Fire and EMS. TPD personnel on scene report the following preliminary information: a female, approximate age of 21, while trespassing on the right of way was struck by an outbound MBTA Commuter Rail train on the Franklin Line.

 The female has been pronounced deceased as a result of injuries sustained.





Transit Police Detectives along with the Norfolk County DA's Office are investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident. Foul play is NOT suspected.

Quincy man arrested for Upskirting at Park Street Station

On October 26, 2017 at approximately 8:15AM a female victim was walking up the stairs at Park Street Station when an unknown male began taking secret photographs underneath her skirt. The victim, unaware, was notified by a fellow male passenger who attempted to chase down the offending male. The offending male was able to elude being stopped.


Subsequent to an investigation conducted by Transit Police detectives Duong Nguyen, 30, of Quincy was arrested on 11/02/2017 for "Upskirting". Nguyen was transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process.

This subject committed an open and gross act on a northbound Orange Line train on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at 12:20 a.m.   The subject was wearing black pants, blue shirt, black hooded sweatshirt with greet writing/symbols on the sleeves, and black and white sneakers.
