On October 4th, 2012 at approximately 2:30PM a MBTA bus operator was the victim of an Assault&Battery (SPIT) at the intersection of Washington Street and Harvard Street in Charlestown. The SP male spat upon the operator and fled the area.

A black male, 5’7”-5’9”, medium build, late teens to early twenties, wearing a light bluebaseball cap, a grey thigh-length jacket, jeans and sneakers
