Identification Sought re: Unarmed Robbery Investigation. Blue Line

Transit Police detectives are seeking the identity of the 2 male subjects depicted within for an Unarmed Robbery Investigation. Subjects forcefully ripped the victim's cell phone from her hands and fled out of the station with their ill gotten gains. The incident occurred on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at approximately 11:15 AM, on a Blue Line MBTA train between State Street and Wood Island Stations.

Transit Police are seeking the identification of the male subject depicted within relative to an Assault & Battery on a person Over 60 investigation which occurred on the northbound MBTA Orange Line platform of MBTA North Station on Monday, October 18, 2021 at approximately 5:15 PM. After the subject assaulted the elder victim the subject then stole the victim's eye glasses.

Help us ID this person of interest in a Assault investigation. Subject assaulted an MBTA employee. Apparently his reasoning was impatience he felt the train needed to pull out of the station on his time frame as opposed to established schedules. Please call with any information you have. Identification sought on the subject depicted within relative to an Assault & Battery at JFK/UMass MBTA Station, on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 1:10 AM. Subject with a closed fist struck an MBTA employee in the face.

Malden man falls asleep on train with loaded firearm protruding from waistband.

 On October 27, 2021 at approximately 7:15PM Transit Police officers assigned to the South District received a radio call for a man sleeping on an Orange Line train who was in possession of a firearm. The train had just pulled into Forest Hills MBTA station. Officers immediately entered the train car and observed a male, later identified as Kamil Mogielnicki, 37, of Malden. sound asleep on his left side.  Officers observed what appeared to be a black semi automatic handgun protruding from Mogielnicki's waistband. Officers quickly removed and secured the firearm from Mogielnicki and woke him up. The firearm, a 9mm Ruger, contained a fully loaded magazine. Officers subsequently discovered Mogielnicki was NOT licensed to carry a firearm. Mogielnicki was placed into custody and transported to TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process. During this process officers located from Mogielnicki's person controlled narcotics packaged in way consistent for resale.
