Rumpelstiltskin Not Again !!!

On December 23, 2013 at approximately 3:20 pm Transit Police officers working in Area 1 received a radio call to respond to Boylston MBTA station for a report of a male masturbating while utilizing a pornographic magazine on the inbound platform. Upon arrival officers spoke with the reporting party who pointed out the offending male  now seated on a bench.

Officers approached the male and noticed he was attempting to hide his left hand, officers requested the male display both his hands and as he did so officers observed a pornographic magazine in his left hand. ( Back on November 22, 2013 we posted a blog about a male subject who identified himself as Rumpelstiltskin see posting here . Guess what ?? He's back !!!!!)

The offending male, John Kimball, 57, of Boston, had three warrants in existence for his arrest issued from Boston Municipal Court for Assault & Battery, Somerville District Court for Disorderly Conduct and Cambridge District Court for Unarmed Robbery was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. Kimball will also be charged with Lewd & Lascivious Conduct. The magazine was seized as evidence.
