Level 3 Sex Offender Arrested at South Station

On December 4, 2013 at approximately 3am Transit Police detectives were at the MBTA South Station Bus Terminal on an investigation. While there an undercover female detective was approached by a male, later identified as Calvin Hardy, 38 of Dorchester, and solicitated to perform a sex act in exchange for money. Hardy, a registered Level 3 Sex Offender (Hardy's status can be viewed here), was placed into custody for Solicitation of Sex for a Fee and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. Hardy is expected to be arraigned sometime today at Boston Municipal Court-Central Division.
