Quincy man arrested for Cruelty to Animals.

On February 12, 2020 at approximately 4:40PM Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District while on patrol at the MBTA's South Station Red Line area were approached by a female who informed them a male had just kicked her service dog in the head and stated " Get that F****** dog out of my way".  Officers received a detailed description from the reporting party and quickly located the offending male, later identified as William Bagen, 43, of Quincy seated on a bench on the outbound platform eating food. Officers returned Bagen to the reporting party where he was positively identified as the person who assaulted her service dog.

Bagen was placed into custody for Cruelty to Animals and transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process.
