Suspicious Activity leads to arrest of couple at Govrnment Center.

On August 9, 2019 at approximately 8:52 AM Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District were on patrol at the MBTA's Government Center Station when a concerned citizen approached the officers and informed them there was a man and woman engaged in a sex act behind the station.

Upon arrival officers observed a male, later identified as Shannon O'Malley, 45, of Fall River adjusting his pants and a female, later identified as Meghan Dunn, 41, of Boston seated on a bench. The couple denied any sexual activity had taken place however officers subsequently discovered both Dunn and O'Malley had warrants in existence for their arrest. (O'Malley's warrant issued from Boston Municipal Court for Disturbing the Peace & Dunn's warrant issued by Framingham District Court for Larceny).


Both parties were placed into custody and transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process.
