On August 14, 2019 at approximately 7:25PM Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District received a radio call to respond to the MBTA's Malden Center Station for a report of male committing a lewd act. Upon arrival officers were met by victims/witnesses who relayed the following information: While standing on the Orange Line platform they heard grunting noises coming from the Commuter Rail platform and observed a male, later identified as Abdalla Abo, 26, of Everett with his genitals fully exposed committing a lewd act.
Abo was placed into custody for Open & Gross Lewdness and transported to TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process.
