On August 11, 2017 we issued photographs depicting a male subject of interest relative to an "Up-Skirting" incident at the MBTA's South Station. ( see posting here). We received numerous tips from our MBTA community. Subsequent to those tips Transit Police detectives placed Decosta Turner, 27, of Roxbury into custody on today's date at Transit Police HQ. Turner will be charged with Up-Skirting and Indecent Assault & Battery in Boston Municipal Court-Central Division.
The Transit Police Department extends a BIG thank you to all who provided tips and information. Together we can have a safe as system as possible.
