On Friday, May 16, 2014, at approximately 5:15am, the subject depicted within purchased over $300 in MBTA Charlie Cards using stolen credit cards at MBTA Quincy Center Station. 
The subject is described as follows;         Black male, approximately 5’10” in height, blue jeans, grey hooded sweatshirt, black baseball hat, carrying a black backpack and black jacket
