Boston man arrested for Lewdness

On May 5, 2014 a female reported the following to the Transit Police: On the same date (05/05/2014) at approximately 1:30 pm while traveling on a northbound Red Line train a male fully exposed his genitals to her. As the train pulled into the MBTA's Harvard Sq station the female victim exited. The offending male remained onboard the train.

Subsequent to an investigation Transit Police detectives arrested Henry Rojas, 59 of Boston at his residence earlier today. Rojas was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It is expected Rojas will be arraigned sometime this afternoon in Cambridge District Court for Open & Gross Lewdness.
