On Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at approximately
5:30 PM, the male subject depicted within made lewd comments to a 14 year-old
female passenger while she was waiting for a Route # 28 MBTA Bus at Blue Hill
Avenue & Woodrow Avenue in the City of Boston. The subject followed the
female onto the bus and touched himself inappropriately while seated across
from her. The male subject continued to follow the female off of the bus
at 614 Blue Hill Avenue and fled only when she indicated she was calling the
police.
The
subject is described as follows;
Black
male with a dark complexion, approximately 40 years of age, medium build,
wearing glasses, a black shirt, blue jeans, a black Nike hat and carrying a
grey sweatshirt.
