On Tuesday, October 16, 2013, at
9:30pm, at Shawmut MBTA Station the male subject depicted within struck an elderly male in the face which resulted in facial injuries. The assault was unprovoked.
The subject was described as follows:
Black male, approximately 30 years of age, approximately 6’ 0” in height.
The subject wore yellow pants, a yellow sweatshirt, with a medium length afro.
