Charlestown Man wanted in NH arrested at Andrew Sq. MBTA

On October 11, 2013 at approximately 4 p.m. Transit Police detectives were at Andrew Sq. MBTA station conducting a drug investigation. While there detectives did place Timothy McLaughlin, 41 of Charlestown and Dennis Doris, 36 of Boston into custody for Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Both subjects were transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It was at this time it was discovered McLaughlin was a Fugitive from Justice. There were two extraditable warrants issued from the State of New Hamsphire for Smuggling Drugs to an Inmate at a Correctional Facility. Law Enforcement officials from New Hampshire were notified and it is expected both McLaughlin and Dorris will be arraigned sometime today in South Boston District Court.
