Brett Whitcomb |
On September 28, 2013 at approximately 5:20 p.m. Transit Police officers from Area 1 were on patrol at MBTA South Station Commuter Rail when they observed 3 males who had been loitering. The officers believed one of the males had a warrant for his arrest. Officers began to make their way towards the trio however upon seeing the officers approach they hurriedly separated from each other and attempted to vacate. Officers were able to catch up to the suspect male and identify him as
Brett Whitcomb, 39 of Bourne. Sure enough Whitcomb had 3 warrants in existence for his arrest issued from Brockton District Court for Larceny by Check Over 250.00, Plymouth District Court for Larceny Over 250.00 by False Pretense and Quincy District Court for Larceny Over 250.00 by False Pretense. Whitcomb was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
