On Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at approximately 2:50 PM, an MBTA  a bus operator was assaulted and spat upon by a male passenger onboard a Route # 33 MBTA bus at the intersection of River Street and George Street in the city of Boston.

Again, on Thursday, December 18, 2014, at approximately 1:45 PM, The same MBTA Bus operator encountered the same male passenger while operating a Route # 33 bus in the area of 860 River Street, in Hyde Park.

 When the Bus operator opened the bus doors, the depicted male subject attempted to board the bus. The bus operator, in fear, quickly shut the door as the male subject shouted, “When I see you again I’m going to kill you.” 

 The subject is described as follows;

·         A black male 20-25 years of age, 5'08” in height, thin build, sandy brown hair, wearing a blue charcoal colored sweatshirt and a baseball cap
