Man wanted for Sexual Assault arrested by TPD at Back Bay.

 On March 11, 2021 Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District were on patrol at the MBTA's Back Bay station when they observed a male loitering in the commuter rail lobby. Officers approached and subsequently discovered the male, later identified as Antonio Burgos, 51, claimed homeless status, had several warrants in existence for his arrest issued out of Roxbury District Court for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, 2 Counts of Rape, 2 counts of Assault to Rape and Assault & Battery w/Dangerous Weapon-Serious Bodily Injury. Burgos was placed into custody and transported to TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process.
