On March 14, 2021 at approximately 8:30PM a 16 year old female while on the platform of the MBTA Ruggles Station was approached by two adult males who made inappropriate comments to her. The males followed the juvenile victim onto the train. Once inside the train car one of the males Indecently Assaulted the juvenile victim.
Subsequent to an investigation by Transit Police Detectives and a positive identification by the victim JEROME JARRETT, 31, of Charlestown was placed into custody on March 18, 2021 at the corner of Washington and Winter Street in Boston. Jarrett was transported to TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process.
