On November 5, 2017 at approximately 1AM a female was indecently assaulted at the MBTA's Haymarket Station. The victim courageously reported the incident to TPD and an investigation was immediately initiated. Subsequent to that investigation Transit Police detectives placed Hazma Hatik, 28, of Algeria (No local address furnished) into custody for Indecent Assault & Battery. Hatik was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
