Monday, March 23, 2015, at 6:35 PM, the subject depicted within took possession a passenger’s wallet immediately after it was
dropped while onboard an MBTA Route #1 bus. The subject exited at Mass
Ave. Station with the wallet. Shortly after, the subject fraudulently utilized
the passenger’s credit card that was contained
in the wallet at Andrew Square MBTA Station to purchase fare cards.
The
subject is described as follows;
White male, 6’02”- 6’04” in height, 30-35 years of age, wearing a ball cap, a gray North Face Hooded sweatshirt, with the words “The North Face” on the hood under a black and gray North Face fleece jacket
