Monday, April 6, 2015, at 11:30 AM, the subject depicted within verbally berated and ultimately spat upon a female MBTA passenger.This incident may have been motivated by the victim's ethnicity and civil rights violations are possible charges.
The incident occurred on an outbound Green
Line “E” trolley. The subject exited the trolley at Northeastern
University’s trolley stop.
The
subject is described as follows;
White
male, 5’6”-5’8” in height, 40-45 years of age, medium build, wearing blue
sunglasses, cargo pants and gray and black jacket
