On August 7, 2014 at approximately 9:45AM Transit Police Officers working in Area 3 were conducting Point of Entry Policing at the MBTA's Andrew Sq. station. While there officers observed a female, later identified as
Tracy Costantino, 31, of Quincy fare evade by "piggybacking" in behind a paying patron. Officers approached Costantino for the purpose of issuing a citation and subsequently discovered there was a felony warrant in existence for Costantino's arrest issued from Lynn District Court for Failing to provide a DNA sample. Costantino was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
