Fugitive of Justice nabbed by TPD officers for fare evasion.

On October 15, 2018 at approximately 11:15PM Transit Police officers assigned to our Crime Suppression Team were conducting Point of Entry Policing at the MBTA Andrew Sq. station. While there they observed a male, later identified as Michael Little, 36, of Fall River. Little entered through the fare gates without paying. Officers approached Little for the purpose of issuing a citation and subsequently discovered Little had an extraditable warrant issued from Rhode Island for Narcotics violations.


Officers placed Little into custody for Being a Fugitive of Justice and transported him to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process.
