Boston man kicked in window at MBTA Mass Ave station.

Nicholas Sullivan
On October 3, 2018 at approximately 1:26AM Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District received a radio call to respond to the MBTA's Mass. Ave. station for a report of a male who was damaging property. Upon arrival officers were met by an MBTA employee who pointed out a male, later identified as Nicholas Sullivan, 25, of Boston. The MBTA employee informed the officers Sullivan just kicked in the window to the station for no apparent reason.

Officers approached Sullivan who denied causing the damage. However a quick review of our public safety camera system showed otherwise. Sullivan was placed into custody and transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process.
