South Boston woman arrested on warrants at Andrew Sq.

Danielle Sproul
On July 2, 2015 at approximately 2:30pm Transit Police officers were conducting Point of Entry Policing at the MBTA's Andrew Sq. station. While there they observed a female, later identified as Danielle Sproul, 36, of South Boston smoking a cigarette in close proximity to conspicuously posted "NO SMOKING" signs. Officers approached Sproul for the purpose of issuing a citation, Sproul furnished a false name and other personal identifiers in an attempt to conceal her true identity. Ultimately officers discovered her true name which revealed warrants in existence for her arrest issued from Boston Municipal Court for Larceny and Trespassing.

Sproul was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
