On July 10, 2015 at approximately 6:45am a female victim was indecently assaulted by an unknown male as she traveled on a Green Line train in the vicinity of Brookline Village. After the assault the male exited at Newton Centre. On July 15, 2015 at approximately 6:30am the victim observed the same offending male standing on the outbound platform at Brookline Village. The victim immediately notified Transit Police, TPD officers responded and located the offending male, later identified as
Ismael Rodriguez, 49, of Boston. Rodriguez was placed into custody and
transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. Rodriguez will face Indecent Assault & Battery charge in Brookline District Court.
