On July 7, 2014 at approximately 8PM Transit Police officers received a radio call to respond to MBTA Stony Brook station for a report of a person shot (for further details follow this link). Subsequent to an investigation Transit Police detectives have secured an arrest warrant for Justin Hollingsworth, 22, of Boston for Assault & Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon (Firearm) and multiple other firearm related charges relative to the incident at Stony Brook station on July 7, 2014.
