On Tuesday November 27th, 2012 a female reported at approximately 12:30PM she was indecently assaulted while entering the MBTA JFK/UMASS station, located in Dorchester. The assault is reported to have occurred in the parking area, adjacent to Sydney Street, while walking towards the station entrance.
The suspect is described as follows: White male, mid 20's, 5'10" in height, heavy build, clear complexion, scruffy brown beard, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt (NO LOGO), light blue jeans and sneakers.
Transit Police detectives are actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident. Witnesses or anyone with information are encouraged to contact the Criminal Investigation Unit at 617-222-1050.
