On March 19th, 2017 at approximately 12:30am Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District received a radio call for a report of a male exposing himself. Upon arrival the officer was met by the victim, a 26 year old female, who relayed the following: while traveling northbound on a Red Line train a male, later identified as Louis Carlos Martinez-Santamaria, 40, of Everett took a seat directly across from the victim. Shortly thereafter the male exposed his genitals and while staring at the victim performed a lewd act. The victim exited at the first available stop, South Station, and notified police.
Martinez-Santamaria was still on scene and positively identified by the victim. Officers placed Martinez-Santamaria into custody for Open & Gross Lewdness and transported him to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
