Upon arrival officers were met by the victim, a 24 year old female, who informed them of the following; while waiting on the bus platform she bent over to retrieve an item she had dropped. Suddenly a male, later identified as Marc Dicarli, 40, of Quincy came behind her and indecently assaulted her. The victim tried her best to push the suspect away. The suspect ceased his behavior temporarily and walked away however he returned to the victim's location and physically assaulted her again. The victim attempted to defend herself and eventually police responded.
