While there they had their attention drawn to a female, later identified as Liann Duyon, 28, of Lynn. Duyon was smoking from a cigarette within several "NO SMOKING" signs posted in close proximity. Officers approached Duyon to educate her relative to the No Smoking Laws on MBTA property and subsequently discovered there were several warrants in existence for her arrest issued from Lynn District Court for; Assault & Battery on a Police Officer, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Home Invasion and Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
