On Saturday, February 20, 2016, at approximately 3:00 PM, the subject depicted within picked up a lost wallet containing approximately $400, at JFK/UMass MBTA Station. The owner of the wallet returned moments later and the subject did not acknowledge him. 

 The subject is described as follows;

      White female with a light complexion, approximately 20 to 30 years of age, short blonde hair and glasses, wearing combat style boots, blue jeans, leather jacket, blue scarf, headphones and a light blue backpack
