Boston man identified, located & arrested in Lewdness investigation

On April 28, 2016 the Transit Police posted photographs of a person of interest relative to an Open & Gross Lewdness investigation. (see posting here). Subsequent to an investigation by Transit Police detectives, Keith Smith, 21, of Dorchester was placed into custody on 04/28/2016. It is expected Smith will be arraigned sometime today in Dorchester District Court.

During Smith's booking process it was discovered there were two warrants in existence for his arrest issued from Roxbury District Court for Trespassing and Dedham District Court B&E-Felony and Larceny Over 250.00
