Man arrested for Lewd Act

On June 20, 2013 Transit Police detectives were notified about a male who committed a lewd sexual act while on board an MBTA commuter rail train(Stoughton Line). Subsequent to an investigation, on June 21, 2013, Transit Police detectives arrested Nicholas Ciampa, 54 of South Easton, for the aforementioned incident- Open & Gross Conduct. Ciampa was taken into custody at the MBTA's South Station Commuter Rail station earlier this morning and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. Ciampa is expected to be arraigned sometime Monday morning in Stoughton District Court.
