Identification sought

Transit Police detectives are seeking the identity of the male subject depicted within, if you know the whereabouts or identity of this individual please contact our Criminal Investigation Unit at 617-222-1050 or you can always send us an anonymous tip (24 hrs a day) to 873873.

On Tuesday, 06/11/13, at approximately 7:40PM, two victims observed a male, depicted within, commit a lewd act in the entrance way of Downtown Crossing Station at the Winter Street Entrance. The subject did not enter the station after committing the offense.

 The subject is described as follows;

 ·         Black male, 5’7 to 5’9 in height, bald head, wearing a black zippered hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, tan work boots, carrying a dark colored backpack with white on the sides
