On Thursday, 3/7/2013, at approximately 11:10 AM, on an outbound Red Line train approaching Central Square MBTA Station, a male patron was the victim of an Assault Dangerous Weapon (knife), and Assault and Battery (spit).  The incident was a result of the victim asking the unknown female assailant to be courteous of her fellow MBTA passengers and not talk so loudly on her cell phone. 

 The subject was described as follows:  A white female, 50 to 55 years of age, 5’ 10” in height, 250 lbs., with long red hair, wearing gray sweatpants and a beige jacket.
