Boston man arrested on warrants at Back Bay station.

 On June 9, 2022 at approximately 9:45AM Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District received a radio call to respond to the MBTA's Back Bay station, track 7, for a report of illegal drug activity. Upon arrival officers encountered a male, later identified as Edward Morgan, 41, of Boston. The officer asked Morgan if he planned on utilizing any transportation services. Morgan responded by essentially asking the officer if he was stupid. It was subsequently discovered Morgan had 2 outstanding warrants in existence for his arrest issued out of Boston Municipal Court-Central Division for Malicious Destruction of Property Over 1,200.00 dollars and Threats to Commit a Crime. Morgan was placed into custody and transported to TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process.
