On January 16, 2019 at approximately 5:30pm Transit Police officers assigned to the Department's Crime Suppression Team were at the MBTA's Andrew Sq. conducting point of entry policing. While there they observed a male, later identified as John Maclean ,38, of Revere fare evade by "piggybacking" in behind a paying customer.
