On June 11, 2018 at approximately 1PM Transit Police officers responded to South Station for a report of a man being assaulted. On June 15, 2018 we posted an update regarding the incident. Please see previous posting here ( http://www.tpdnews411.com/2018/06/boston-man-arrested-for-assault-on.html ) As we indicated then the investigation was on going, subsequently Transit Police detectives have obtained a felony arrest warrant for Nicholas Dercolo, 18, of Brockton for Assault & Battery on an Elderly Person resulting in Serious Injury.
