On September 12, 2017 at approximately 12 noon a female reported to Transit Police she was the victim of an Indecent Assault & Battery, The victim went on to furnish the following information: On 09/12/2017 while travelling on a Green Line Trolley with three young children in the vicinity of North Station, the victim bent over to lift up her carriage. At this time a male indecently assaulted her from behind. When she turned around the male was rubbing his pelvic area and made an inappropriate sexual comment.
Subsequent to an investigation conducted by Transit Police detectives, Joseph George, 37, of Dorchester was placed into custody on September 18, 2017 at MBTA North Station for Indecent Assault & Battery. George was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
