On Monday, January 26, 2015, at 7:35 a.m., the subject depicted within committed a larceny of a suitcase containing a Toshiba laptop from inside the men's restroom at MBTA Back Bay Station.

The subject is described as follows;
  A Hispanic male, with a goatee, approximately 45-50 years of age, wearing a green fleece jacket over an orange hooded sweat shirt , black beanie style cap and blue jeans
