Braintree man caught with over 2,000 $ of stolen goods.

Ryan Ross
On March 27, 2015 at approximately 9:15pm Transit Police officers working in Area 3 were on patrol at the MBTA's Braintree station. While there they observed a male, later identified as Ryan Ross, 30, of Braintree in the lobby removing anti-theft security tags from several pieces of clothing. Officers approached Ross to further investigate and subsequently discovered Ross was in possession of just over 2,000 dollars worth of stolen clothing. A preliminary investigation suggests the items were stolen from local area businesses. Ross was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It is expected Ross will be arraigned sometime Monday (03/30/2015) in Quincy District Court for Receiving Stolen Property Over 250.00.
