On Monday, September 29, 2014, at 5:30 p.m., the subject depicted within indecently assaulted a female passenger at Ruggles MBTA Station along the main corridor near the Columbus Avenue Exit. 

The subject is described as follows;
·         A black male, heavy build, dark complexion, 6’0” feet in height, approximately 25 year of age, wearing blue basketball style shorts, and a light colored T-shirt
