Caleb Bickford |
On August 11, 2013 at approximately 2:50pm Transit Police officers from Area 4 were on patrol at MBTA Forest Hills station when they observed a male, later identified as
Caleb Bickford 29 of Boston, smoking a cigarette
directly beneath a conspicuously posted " NO SMOKING " sign. Officers approached Bickford for the purposes of issuing a citation. However it was obvious to the officers Bickford was furnishing false information as to his true identity. Officers ultimately ascertained Bickford's true name and discovered there were two warrants in existence for his arrest issued from Dorchester District Court for Violating the Commonwealth's Drug Laws, Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing. Bickford was placed into custody, transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process and issued a citation for smoking.
