On Sunday, August 18, 2013, at approximately 8:30 AM, the individual depicted
within indecently assaulted a female patron while on an outbound Red Line train at JFK/UMass MBTA Station.

 The subject is described as follows:

Hispanic, 25 years of age, 5’ 8” in height, approximately 185 lbs., clean shaven, with short black hair, wearing a white  tee-shirt, navy-blue pants, and “dirty” Air Force sneakers.
