Man arrested for Indecently assaulting MBTA rider

On July 22, 2013 at approximately 9:50am a female, while riding on an inbound Orange Line train, was indecently assaulted as the train pulled into MBTA North Station. The female was able to get a good look at the offending male and she contacted the Transit Police to report the incident.

Subsequent to an investigation Transit Police detectives arrested Scott Robinson, 40 of North Andover earlier today at MBTA Wellington Station. Robinson was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. Robinson is expected to be arraigned sometime today at Boston Municipal Court-Central Division.
