Apparently he doesn't get it. MBTA Nubian Sq.

 On August 3, 2021 at approximately 12PM a male, later identified as Carlos Harris, 59 of Boston, who already had several warrants in existence for his arrest for Driving without a License and Leaving the scene of accidents drove his unregistered 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle through the busway at the MBTA's Nubian Sq. Harris then pulled up onto the sidewalk amongst pedestrians and parked his motorcycle. Transit Police officers, somewhat puzzled, approached Harris and inquired what he was doing. Harris stated he was "going to grab some food". Officers explained to Harris how dangerous it was to drive through an active MBTA busway and explained he could not drive his motorcycle on sidewalks. 

Officers subsequently discovered Harris did not have a license to operate a motor vehicle nor a motor cycle in Massachusetts and had several warrants for his arrest issued out of Somerville, Roxbury, Dorchester and Stoughton District Courts for Unlicensed Operation, Leaving the Scene of Property Damage and Number Plate Obstruction to Conceal ID. 

Harris was placed into custody and transported to TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process. The HD was towed from the scene.

Man chases victim with a sharp object in TPD parking lot.

 On August 1, 2021 at approximately 10:45AM Transit Police officers assigned to Operations at TPD-HQ, located at 240 Southampton Street, Roxbury observed a male, later identified as Michael Alemu, 26, of Boston, chasing another male with a sharp object in his hand in the front parking lot of TPD-HQ. Several officers immediately proceeded outside to investigate. Upon arrival the male being chased, the victim, appeared frightened and sought refuge behind the police officers. According to the victim Alemu approached him on Southampton Street and stated "I must stab you today". The victim stated he has no prior familiarity with Alemu and was in fear of his life. 

Officers subsequently discovered Alemu had several warrants in existence for his arrest issued out of Leominster District Court for Shoplifting, Larceny Over 1,200 and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Alemu was placed into custody and will be additionally charged with Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon. Alemu was walked into TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process.

Cambridge man wanted for Assault draws attention to himself at Harvard Station.

 On July, 6, 2021 at approximately 4:20PM Transit Police officers assigned to the North District received a radio call for an individual who had set up his television, PlayStation and game controls on the inbound platform. It was further reported the male was utilizing an electrical outlet and was watching a movie and playing with the game controls. Upon arrival officers located a male, later identified as  Tykell Jones, 22, of Cambridge engaged in the above reported behavior. Officers attempted to explain to Jones the inbound platform of Harvard MBTA station was not the wisest choice to set up his TV, PlayStation and game controls. Jones was uncooperative. 

Officers subsequently discovered Jones had an active warrant for his arrest issued out of Roxbury District Court for Assault & Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon and Assault & Battery. Jones was placed into custody and transported, along with his entertainment set up, to TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process.
