Apparently he doesn't get it. MBTA Nubian Sq.

On August 3, 2021 at approximately 12PM a male, later identified as Carlos Harris, 59 of Boston, who already had several warrants in existence for his arrest for Driving without a License and Leaving the scene of accidents drove his unregistered 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle through the busway at the MBTA's Nubian Sq. Harris then pulled up onto the sidewalk amongst pedestrians and parked his motorcycle. Transit Police officers, somewhat puzzled, approached Harris and inquired what he was doing. Harris stated he was "going to grab some food". Officers explained to Harris how dangerous it was to drive through an active MBTA busway and explained he could not drive his motorcycle on sidewalks.

Officers subsequently discovered Harris did not have a license to operate a motor vehicle nor a motor cycle in Massachusetts and had several warrants for his arrest issued out of Somerville, Roxbury, Dorchester and Stoughton District Courts for Unlicensed Operation, Leaving the Scene of Property Damage and Number Plate Obstruction to Conceal ID.

Harris was placed into custody and transported to TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process. The HD was towed from the scene.
